To meet the needs of their citizens, cities and townships strive to find solutions and resources in a challenging environment. Public servants must respond to all aspects of providing service, while maintaining a secure environment and upholding the right to quiet enjoyment of property. They meet public health needs, and aspire to prosperity through economic development.
